To be a keeper of seed comes with many responsibilities, including doing one’s best to facilitate the continuation of a plant’s lineage. That is, not just SAVING/STORING the seed, but SOWING the seed.
I have already shared my fascination with the moringa tree here. Many believe broader cultivation of moringa (the “tree of life”) could be a solution for global malnutrition.

While my Summer propagation of moringa is in full swing, I’ve decided to gift a limited supply of moringa seeds FREE to the community. Resilient communities are those who can supply many of their own needs. I’d love to see this tree of Africa dotting our south Florida landscape & providing nutrition for people. This offering can contribute to that vision.

The first 10 people to EMAIL me (kjones@mahabafarms.us) will be gifted 20 FREE, freshly harvested moringa seeds. Seeds are for PICKUP only (no holds; no shipping) at the Indiantown (Elisabeth Lahti) Public Library the MORNING of Friday, September 6. Precise morning pickup time will be shared in a pickup confirmation email if you are among the first 10 people to reach out regarding seeds.
Have a great week on purpose!
