Good news! Booker Park’s own, Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church- in collaboration with the Florida Department of Health- is hosting a health fair this Saturday, September 9 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Among other notable guests, I will have the honor of addressing the audience to discuss health maintenance & prevention of chronic disease.
Combining my medical & agricultural knowledge (as a physician farmer) to encourage/remind folks to “let thy food be thy medicine” (Hippocrates, 400 B.C.) will be a joy!
Come through & holler at your favorite urban farmer 🙂

This is exciting!!! Sharing & learning how better to care for our bodies/ our temples. This is a great way to invest in ourselves. Our health is our wealth. Each one reach one, each one teach one. This is generational wealth. Bring a friend and we will see you there.
