Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop

Having come through the coldest winter we’ve had in decades, I’ve determined that it takes a whole nother level of grit & tenacity to grow through this.

One week I had a lush, green, productive food forest…

The next week of freezing temperatures left my food forest looking like a brush fire had come through😕

Thankfully, I’ve been blessed with the grit & tenacity (some might call it delusion😝) required to keep growing. Despite how bad things look, I know that Nature is resilient.

Wasting no time, I began planting seeds into the Earth immediately after the frost passed.

Many of the trees that appeared to be frost damaged beyond resolve have sprouted new leaves as evidence of their fortitude.

Thanks to my habit of perpetual propagation, I have many plants to plug into the land now that the temperatures are agreeable.

I believe challenges are meant to make us stronger. I’m certain this will be the case for me & for my plants.

Just. Keep. Growing🫡
